Does presenting in Investor Tank guarantee funding or a partnership?
No. Investor Tank gives you the opportunity to present your real estate deal in front of judges and panelists, but it does not guarantee funding, partnership, investment, or any final agreement. Any interest, commitment, or partnership discussion is subject to additional due diligence and must be formalized in a mutually agreed upon written format.
What is the Investor Tank Bootcamp?
The Investor Tank Bootcamp is a live virtual preparation session designed to help Diamond Pass holders better understand how to present a deal, communicate the opportunity clearly, and prepare for the kinds of questions serious investors may ask. Do I have to attend #PCLIVE26 in person to use my Diamond Pass benefits?
Yes. Participants must be physically present at PC Live to participate in the live Investor Tank presentation. Failure to attend, arrive on time, or follow live event instructions may result in losing the opportunity to present.

Can my deal details be kept private?
Investor Tank is a live event environment, so participants should be thoughtful about what they choose to share. Organizer may anonymize, redact, summarize, or withhold sensitive deal details from public-facing materials, but participants are responsible for deciding what information they disclose in applications, presentations, videos, or event discussions.
Will Investor Tank be recorded or used for marketing?
Yes. Investor Tank, the Investor Tank Bootcamp, and related sessions may be recorded, photographed, streamed, edited, or repurposed. By purchasing Diamond Pass and participating, attendees grant permission for their name, image, likeness, voice, presentation content, slides, and related materials to be used for promotional, editorial, educational, archival, and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law.
